I got a new phone and all the data belonging to my account is not showing on the phone. it appears as if , a new separate account was set up. How can i get access to my old data. It is the same gmail account. Can all accounts and data belonging to gmail account be merged.
When I go to the Garmin Connect Web connections page, I'm just seeing one account associated with that email address, which is how it works. One email account to identify each user. Log out of the app, then log back in using your original email address. Then using your new account log in to Garmin Connect Web. Open each activity and export it to your computer.
then log back in with your old original account and import each activity.
