Lost streak on watch

Hi - I’ve got the Garmin Vivo -active 4. Since the 4th Jan this year I’ve done over 10k I have maintained 10k steps since then and got up to about Day 70 on the streak on the watch, but then, on 14th March, my watch reset back to zero, even though it shows on the Garmin app. Can I get it to count on my watch correctly? Can I get the watch to backdate my streak to 4th Jan? Rachel
