Could someone fix my .fit file please? FitFileTools didn't manage and FitFileRepairTool doesn't work on my machine.

It was generated by RaceX but fails to import in Garmin Connect, even after processing with fitfiletools.com

FitFileRepairTool complains about macros not being enabled or something and crashes

It's not an activity, it's a race day plan based on my training data fed into a non-Garmin app (RaceX / 3dot)

I have it also as .gpx but I don't think I make a "workout" based on it (i.e. something that will make the watch show target effort depending on where I am in the race)
