The new Expedition badges are cool, but the kilometres earned towards the first badge don't seem to reset when we earn it and choose the next one.
For example, I started with the Chilkoot Trail badge (65 km) and finished it off today with a long run, then picked Great Wall (20 km) for my next badge. I noticed after a short walk that I had earned Great Wall already. I thought perhaps that I had earned the Chilkoot at the very beginning of my long run and that the unused km from that plus the walk added up to 20 km, so I picked the next one, Grand Canyon (21 km). I did my laundry, and then discovered I had earned Grand Canyon, too. It definitely wasn't 21 km to do my laundry. I then picked Inca Trail and now it says that I am 21.5 km into that badge. It looks as though whenever I pick a new badge, it automatically applies all the km I have done over the last day to that badge, regardless of whether those km have already been applied to other badges.
Also it would be nice if the Connect app, which knows which Garmin devices I own, did not display for me badges that I can't earn with my device.
