Corrupt fit file repair request

Hi Folks, 

I'd be very much obliged if anyone could please fix my swim activity .fit file. [solved]

I think the time stamps are corrupted as it uploads to strava fine using https://www.fitfiletools.com, using their corrupt time fixer, but the downloaded version is still not Garmin connect compatible.

I'm using the HRM pro with version 8.8 and I've never had a file corrupt on me before....

    sorry to hear about the mishap

    perhaps this can help

    tip : while downloading hr data from the strap keep watch and strap close to each other for good reception during transfer

    the steps suggested here can help avoiding corrupt data transfer

    check this file [ SOLVED : note to me : ok ]

    tip : when activit[y][ies] folder contains many files, time for a backup/cleanup of the activit[y][ies] folder

    tip : care about sharing your data on a world wide forum, remove file(s) or link afterwards
