Tacx Alpine Classic badge

I finished the Tacx Alpine Classic on Sunday, taking 15 days to do it, but no acknowledgement and no sign of the digital badge. Why is this please?

You no longer need to contact Garmin about the Tacx challenges. They are fully integrated into Garmin Connect.

What do you see in the Tacx app for the Alpine Classic challenge? Do you see a full green progress bar and green check marks on the stages?

I finished it 2 days ago and got the badge right away.

Thanks for this information. I didn’t know that there is a new, automated system and just followed the old process; ie downloaded the routes and rode them. So no progress bar or screen as in your attached pic. Tacx software boffins are sorting it out for me.
