Downloading older data

Hello,

In the past we could download ("Export CSV") our data through Activities in Garmin Connect. If it was earlier than the activities appearing, one could just scroll down and older activities would load.

When I tried a few days ago, it wouldn't go beyond the ~ 12 days that were showing. When I scrolled down, it just showed one of the spinning wheel icons like it was thinking, but it never added additional dates.

Is that a change? Or just a temporary glitch?

Works for me still in the same way as always.

BTW, the "Export CSV" from the Activities page does not download any activities, rather just their list with some totals. Useless for importing back, and for most other purposes, since it does not contain most of the activity data. If you want to backup your activities, either download the fit files directly from the watch (folder //GARMIN/Activity/), or export them individually from each respective activity page (as "Original"), or request a full data dump at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/

Thanks. I guess I'll keep trying.

And you're right - "download" wasn't the right word to use. Oops. I meant "put selected data in Excel format." I'm not a techie.
