Forerunner 955 Solar - 'Solar Charge' not showing on Connect web

I own a forerunner 955 Solar. On the Garmin Connect website, the tab for 'Solar Charge' reads 'none of your current devices support this feature'. How to resolve this and is there any way to see the battery graph of my device?
