Hi,
I'm having trouble creating a segment from an activity. I've read the manual and watched YT videos and nothing works.
My goal: to create my own segment
Problem: I don't see the segments tab on the activity. This is where you should go to create a new segment
What I tried
1) Running type activity
2) Visibility as Public
3) I have segments enabled in my settings
4) I checked with support that the Fenix 7 should be able to do this. (in theory the watch shouldn't have anything to do with it)
5) I tried running through another existing segment
If I run another existing segment, it will show me the people who ran it including me and my time, location with what activity.
A) I don't see the segments tab for this activity of mine either
B) When I look at the activity of others who also ran that segment, I don't see the segments tab there either
Then.. when I go directly to segments, there is no option to create a new segment. (probably not even possible from here)
If the activity is uploaded to Strava, it will automatically evaluate and display the segments. I would like to create these (custom) segments in garmin as well.
I really don't know anymore... please give me some advice or email support to help me... Thx!
