Hello, I have a Garmin Forerunner 35 and it crapped out on me on a run I just completed. I've deduced that my fit file was corrupted and I cannot import it manually despite my activity data being accurate on my watch. The support center was super unhelpful and after a full hour of begging for a case number they finally gave me one. Their response was basically since I tried all of the file correctors and they didn't work that there was nothing that anyone could do (refused to transfer me to someone else, or give me any email verification of our issue). They then tried to get me to buy another watch :|. Fitfiletools made my 10 mile run a 1.67 mile run so that was super unhelpful. I have a Mac so I can't do the usual Repair Tool and the kiesewetter one is giving error messages. My errors were that my file was being used by another process and not being able to read a file due to an error at Line 151558, position 9. If anyone is willing to help, please let me know.
