Help fixing corrupt FIT file please

Hi. My latest run isn't showing up in Garmin Connect and when I tried to upload it manually it says 'we don't support the file type'.

I've been trying to use online FIT file fixers but I'm not managing it. Can you help me with the repair please?

    Hi. This is a repost to a thread that probably is dead and I got no reply. Sorry for reposting.

    A few days ago I competed a ride and my Edge 1040 lost it. As you suggested I've used Disk Drill and managed to recover it. Unfortunately when I'm trying to upload it I'm getting the following message: We don't support the file type you tried to import.

    I would really appreciate it if you could help me as well. Its my fist long ride done during a holiday and it hurts not to have it.
