Pressure monitoring data (Index BPM Smart Blood Pressure Monitor)

Now I use a Garmin Fenix 7 watch, I recently bought myself an Index BPM Smart Blood Pressure Monitor to monitor blood pressure. I used to use a similar device from Ihealth. The application of that device allows you to upload information in XLS format, which is very convenient if you need to share data. In addition, I would like to import data into my Garmin history from an XLS file

Not sure where you're located, but blood pressure monitoring, and manual entry is currently not available outside of the US. Nonetheless, you say you have the Index BPM, so perhaps it can work for you.

No way to import from an XLS file.

You can use fitnesssyncer.com to get the iHealth information into .fit files that you can manually import into Connect for the past data.
