Hello. I am following a specific weight training plan, and created 2 custom workouts in Garmin Connect under the "Training & Planning", "Workouts" page (Strength Training A and Strength Training B). Today, I forgot my device at home and went to the gym anyway to do my Strength Training B workout. When I got home, I thought I could just manually add Strength Training B from the Workouts page to 'My Day'. However, the only option when I go into the Strength Training B workout is to 'send to device' or 'add to calendar' to 'schedule' the workout, but not really to have it log as completed in 'My Day'. So I was wondering if its even possible to manually add a custom workout to your calendar after the fact? Seems like an easy concept, but I just can seem to figure out how to do it, if the feature is even available. To me, it looks like the only way to have a workout post to "My Day" is to have recorded it on the device or to manually add it. I'm OK with manually adding it if I have to, but would just be easier to manually add it by importing the Strength Training B template I have already created in workouts. Make sense?
