How do I remove all old data from Garmin Connect and start fresh?

I have just returned to Garmin after a long time but all my old data is on my account, insight, streaks, badges, personal records etc etc. How do I remove it?

The simplest would be creating a new account. If you do so, do not forget removing your device from the old account, before creating a new one!

Personally I would keep the old data, though. All the metrics will update automatically with the new one. At some of it, it may take a few weeks.
