Received Badge in Error

I had to manually modify the distance on an indoor bike ride, and in doing so I mistakenly left out the decimal point resulting in a record 636 mile ride instead of 6.36 miles. As a result I was awarded a few cycling specific badges. I immediately fixed the error in the activity, but the badges remain. 

Is there a way to remove them so I can earn them legitimately?

    Awarded challenge badges can't be removed. Only way to remove them is to contact Garmin Support.

    Standard badges (not for challenges) should be removed as soon as you no longer are eligable for the badges.
