Can someone help me fix this corrupt .fit file?

This bike ride is 120km, 4:34 hours moving time and just below 6:00 hours elapsed time. I'm hoping someone can help me save it!

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
Let us know when you encounter corrupted files again
