Cannot create a Mountain Bike event an add a course

Hello.

Im experiencing the following issue: When I try to create an event (Mountain bike) and add a course, I receive an error message "We couldn't complete your request. Please try again.". I tried different options and all of them failed. The only option is to set the course as "other" and create the event as "Other".

I also noticed that all my manual events has a question mark as symbol - The only event with a symbol (like a little man) is the event created with "Other" as type.

Does any one else is having the issue? How can I solve it?

    Same, I could not either, so I just created a cycling event instead and that worked (I could still link my MTB activity to the event to get the Mission Accomplished badge). I suspect a bug as sub categories are listed in the event menu.

    same here - and also managed to find same workaround; if you list it as "cycling" any cycling course can be selected as well, if you need to
    with the workaround "other" I couldn't add the right course
