Running Activity Could not Sync, Fit file cannot be manually imported in Garmin Connect

Hello,

I could not sync my last trail running activity.

As suggested on the web, I tried to manually import it in Garmin Connect Web, however, I get the following error:

"We don't support the file type you tried to import."

Pls help me to fix my fit file.
