500ft and 1000ft ascent badges

Hi everyone,

How is possible that today I won the 1000ft badge ascending on BTT but the system didn't give me the 500ft badge? Someonewith this problem?

That's the way the system works.

Ride again and stop a bit after 500 ft ascent and you will get the badge.
