I have a Garmin instinct that is about 2 years old, and it always logged my sleep time, well last night it disappeared. I cannot find the card I cannot find it anywhere no details on sleep or access to the card.

I think this might be a Garmin software issue because I didn't delete my sleep card I just wanted to look at it and it was gone this morning.

If you're referring to the app (this is the Garmin Connect web forum), you should be able to tap on "edit my day," then add sleep.

If you're referring to the web interface, then you should be able to add sleep to your dashboard.
