Why my venu sq is not syncing my sleep not even showing the sleep card on garmin connect my ox & respiration is unmeasurable

Maybe the watch isn't logging your sleep. Restart the watch and see ifthat helps.
The sleep widget is not available on Venu sq so you will have wait until tomorrow to see if it works.

To see if the sleep is logged. If the watch isn't logging your sleep and a restart helps you will have to wait for the next sleep to be logged and synced.
I am doing this from last 3 days I restart my watch but its not working

Yes
Make sure it is updated to the latest version. New watches usually got old software.
Install Garmin Express on a computer, connect watch with cable and add it to Express. Install any updates.
There is no update available latest version i have is 4.61.1.3
