Fix corrupted FIT file from Zwift

I have Zwift set to auto-sync with Garmin Connect, which always works, but one ride last week failed to sync and it seems to be due to a corrupt FIT file.

I've tried a few online tools to fix it, but no luck. I'm on a Mac so I can't use the PC-only Fit File Repair Tool. Could anybody help me out?

And I appreciate the note about data privacy. I definitely wouldn't have been so casual about posting it if it weren't a virtual ride, or if it had real world GPS data.
