Conflict between TrainingPeaks swim sessions and Garmin connect

My coached sessions on training peaks are set to meters but when transferred to connect for my watch, garmin is showing as yards. Tried everything to fix this. Anyone have any advice?

You have to change the pool size units on the side of TP

settings » equipment » Pools » expand 25 m pool » set "enable default" » save & exit
