Garmin connect

Hello everybody
i have a training file in zwo and fit format i should do the conversion for garmin connect, can you help me?

FIT file format is what Garmin uses, so there should be no conversion needed.

No, the workouts on the watch are in the FIT file format:

JSON is used just for transmitting data (not only workouts) to Garmin Connect Web, but you cannot import them anywhere in Garmin Connect, so I do not know what you intend to do with them, If you want to transfer the workouts to your watch, then you can use the FIT files directly.
