New map layer with POI

Hi,

I have a lot my POI and I want to make own  map  (*.img) with it --> layer for another (topo) map. 

The end result I want to achieve is that all my POIs are displayed on the topo map (Fenix ​​7x)

Is it possible and if yes, how?
