You can export the FIT files on the Daily Summary page. One of them contains also all the sleep data. A simpler way to get the data, is by using the JSON structure used on the Sleep page, in DevTools of your browser. Unlike the FIT file that needs to be converted to a CSV, the JSON is human-readable, and easily converted to many common formats.
