I changed my email address and turned out that it belongs to another user as well. Now I can't log in to my original profile.

My email address had been terminated, so I changed it successfully to another one. The problem is that it turned out, I registered several years ago with this other email address as well. And now when I try to log in to my account, it directs me to my other profile (I see the different user name and I can't find any records/activities). So I suppose two usernames belong to one email address.

Does anyone have any idea who would be able to fix this?

You could also delete the unneeded account at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/deletedata/

Hopefully you will not delete the good one

Maybe try to change e-mail address on that account where you logged-in (create alias or a new e-mail account). Didn't test it, but maybe then previous account would allow to log-in.
