Help Needed with corrupted FIT file

Hi 
 
 Please could someone advise if this file is indeed corrupt and needs fixing? It does not want to upload manually on Garmin Connect online. 
 
 If it is corrupt, please could you assist in fixing it?

This will work - CBS64802-fixed.fit 
 Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool * 
 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 Sync your watch then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again 
 
 * Requires a licensed version of Fit File Repair Tool on a Windows computer with Microsoft Access installed. 
 
 HRM-Pro, Tri, and Swim will sometimes corrupt activity fit files 
 
 Update the HRM firmware How Do I Update the HRM-Pro Software Using the Garmin Connect App? 
 Note that HR data download after the activity is usually for swimming or when for some reason you could not wear your watch during an activity. 
 During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity 
 If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support
