Low / High / An Aerobic breakdown *per activity*

If I look at the change in 7-day Low / High / An Aerobic EPOC after an activity, I can see that these values change. By looking at the difference, I can calculate the activity's contribution to each of them.

I don't want to do the math - it's tedious.

How can I find out the load / EPOC effect of an individual activity on each of Low / High / An Aerobic metrics?
