Hi all,

I'm trying to import a fit file using the Garmin connect web page, but I'm getting this error "One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance."

My file is a custom one with 4 new fields, I tried to fix it using FIT File Tools but without success.

Using https://www.fitfileviewer.com/ I'm able to see all data without any issue.

Could you please help me?

Please attach the file to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
