Heart Rate Zones previously visible in Garmin Connect Web are now not available. Only showing Power Zones...

I recently started using a Tacx NEO 2T, which has a power meter. I've never used either one before. I wanted to check my heart rate zones in Garmin Connect Web and, although Heart Rate Zones and Power Zones are listed, only Power Zones are viewable. I am able to view my heart rate zones, in Garmin Connect App, on my Android phone, however.

My Edge 830 is, now, not reporting my Heart Rate Zones correctly, even though they are listed correctly in the Edge 830 User Settings.

Any advice?

Device settings, where the HR Zones belong too, are mostly indeed accessible only through the mobile app, or configurable directly on the device. At least for newer devices. Some older devices still have…

Could you share a link to one of such activities, where the HR zones are missing?

The HR zones are not "missing" per se, but rather I am unable to select Heart Rate Zones in User Settings (Garmin Connect Web) to display the HR zones. I am only able to view Power Zones.

Device settings, where the HR Zones belong too, are mostly indeed accessible only through the mobile app, or configurable directly on the device. At least for newer devices. Some older devices still have some of the settings accessible through GC Web, but it looks like Garmin's recent policy is moving the settings to the phone app.

Today, for no known reason, my Heart Rate Zones are now visible in Garmin Connect Web.
