Connect app vs connect web

My Connect app has the Instinct and all the data, but when I log into the Connect web there are no devices and no data. Both are logged into the same account, never used the Connect web before today. Is there a way to fix this without losing all my data?

If you are truly logged in to both the app and the web with the same account, please send a screenshot showing what you see or don't see on the web. It could just be a matter of getting used to navigating the web site. If you haven't setup the home screen dashboard, you would see very little. But you should see your activities listed here: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

The activities list is what I use the most in Connect Web: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

The daily summary page is pretty much the same as My Day in the app: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2022-11-09

Make sure you don't see your data in those pages. If you don't see it then you are logged in with the wrong account. Logout and login with the right account.
