Floor climbed mismatch

For a while Garmin Connect Web and the Android app have a strange mismatch of the floor climbed in different views. For example, in the Daily Summary view for Nov. 2th, 2022 there are 7 floors climbed:

But in the report there are 14 floors climbed on the same day:

In the Android app the mismatch appears on the same page: the number displayed is 14, but the daily plot is below 10.

The weekly view of the floors widget on my Forerunner 645 looks like the weekly report above.

Does anyone else see this?

    I checked all days in the past week, and the numbers in both graphs match each other accurately everywhere, in my case.

    There could be a syncing problem, possibly due to a misaligned GC account / device association. I suggest removing the device from Garmin Connect, signing out, then signing back in, and adding back the device - in GC Mobile, in GC Web, and in Garmin Express. It will not fix the past data, but it may prevent similar inconsistency in the future.     Thanks for the suggestion.

    I do not have multiple Garmin Connect accounts but I have removed and added the device. Hopefully, it will work. Thanks again.

    Yes I am seeing the same thing.

    This evening I was hiking the Cotswold Way. GC floors 0, GC report floors 77, Android app 77

    Two days ago I was running the Cotswold edge, GC floors 101, GC report 122, Android app 122

    I have just started using a Fenix 6 Pro for evenings/weekends, giving the floors but for the rest of the time I am still using my Forerunner 45 which is more practical for daily use. Is switching devices during the day likely to cause problems? The steps seem to sync up between devices OK

    I am still seeing the problem occasionally (but I rarely check the Floors report on the web) and I am using a single device (Forerunner 645).

    I suspect that this is a bug in Garmin Connect. The android app numbers and graph do not even agree:

    The watch shows 15 Floors climbed. The Daily Summary on the web shows 14 floors:
