I got a wahoo Tickr X in August. It worked great for awhile and then it started to have to be mollycoddled into connecting. After awhile it stopped woking properly at all.
It would get stuck at some preposterously low HR and hardly budge.
So I took it back to the shop where they grudgingly replaced it with a new one, trying to make out that it was my fault because the strap was connecting to the woman's phone.
The new one was great and then I started having to disconnect and reconnect to get it to work and today I went out for a walk and the stupid thing kept dropping out.
Don't get a wahoo, you'll regret it.
I don't suppose there's anyway I'll convince them to give me my money back so I will content myself with complaining here.
