Fitness age lower than achievable

Got a garmin venu 2 this summer. I'm 34 years old, and the unit let me know that my achievable fitness age was 28.
After working out for three months, I reached this age. However, now I have surpassed it, and have achieved 27.
Lower than what can be achieved.

This clearly seems like some miscalculation, or at least misinformation.

Having a look at the raw data returned with the graphs:

I think that either the achievable fitness age needs to be updated to follow the calculations actually done, or the achieved one needs to stop at the achievable number.

  • I'd let it as it is. People are happy when they achieve the unachievable. You are the first exception. Please, don't spoil the joy of the rest of us by demanding to fix this appreciated loophole. Slight smile
