Dear Garmin!
Is it possible to enable Daily Suggested Workouts in Garmin Connect Web/mobile app (for supported watches) and have integration to the calendar to reschedule workouts? You have killer feature with limited usability.

So you agree with having the DSW on the app/web as well, right?
Either way once you open up the app on your mobile it syncs with your watch, so any new information will be replicated there too.
Not having…
Well we can skip the reschedule functionality and have the suggested workout as a card in the My Day Card screen on the mobile app, like when you follow a training plan, where you get on top the suggested…
I respectfully disagree. As a consumer of this information it would be more accessible to view in a web browser or app. The watch should be able to sync data to the data service and present the information…
Big fat +1 for this feature!
I want to be able to see what is being suggested and reschedule according to my agenda. I also want to be able to set x number of training days to be available, so it can take that into account.
Currently it's always a surprise what it comes up with, suggesting a Tempo run on a very busy day, and then only a 42 minute Base training on a day where I actually make more time to train. It's also suggesting something almost every day, which is just not feasible with other activities.
And it's just a pain having to go into the Watch to see what it's planning.

You cannot reschedule a DSW. And there is no need to do it. If you skip it, you will be suggested something else tomorrow. It is just a suggestion, there is no obligation to really do the workout.
I don't know why you're all over the forums talking down this request. And also without actually trying to understand why people want this.
Would it hurt you if we could do the following:
- see the suggestions in the app instead of only buried way down in the watch menu?
- tailor the suggestions by setting parameters for when you can actually train, perhaps including also a certain training goal or volume target?
Even if you don't want it, just stop reacting to it. No-one is going to force you to use it, if it would ever be implemented.
As it is, this feature is just way too unpractical. You never know what rabbit it's going to pull out of its hat.
I have some other issues with the suggestions themselves (not very ambitious imho), which could be fixed by integrating a way to change some parameters as I suggested. But the basis should be that all this is visible in the app.
I don't know why you're all over the forums talking down this request.
I do not take down the request. I support it. I am just explaining that rescheduling of the DSW makes no sense, and is unnecessary.
It might not make sense to you. It makes sense to others. There is a process called user-centered design where developers listen to how users want to use the product and the experiences they are looking for. It appears the experience we are requesting is not for you. You have been heard loud and clear. Thank you for your feedback.
I like this idea. I like the Daily Suggested Workouts. I am not always able to perform the DSW as scheduled. Would it be possible to add an option to save the DSW to the "My Workouts" library? Sometimes, I really like the workouts and want to be able to perform them again or at a later date. The ability to add to "My Workouts" would satisfy this User Story. Thanks in advance to the Garmin Dev Team and thanks for all that you do to create this amazing platform.
Can you tell me why is see you so often react like people suggest ignorant thinkgs with saying 'completely useless' and 'absolutely no sense'. You don't have to be so harse on people.
It isn't at all in this matter (shouldn't be an issue anyway) since our watch is constantly pairing with Garmin Connect and in that way they can constantly adapt to one and another.
I think having access to view the upcoming suggested workouts in the app would be nice, however I don't think calendar integration will ever happen.
I don't know how Garmin could put these workouts on the calendar since the workouts are constantly changing. If you had a workout for Thursday on your calendar, by the time Thursday rolls around the workout will have been changed since the last time you looked at it. Most of the time these changes are pretty insignificant but if you did something drastic, like skipping a day or training on a rest day, your calendar will certainly change in a drastic way. I don't think people will appreciate Garmin changing their calendar around for them. This is also a reason that rescheduling a DSW is not (and should not be) an option.
