Missing steps in graph (also other data)

Hi,
my watch counts steps (see screen) but those steps are not in graph (for 4 days). To refresh actual day do not help. Please, what to do?
(My primary watch is Fenix 6X, but I sent him to a complaint, now i have Foreruner 55 temporarily)

  • As you changed the watches, you have either problem of the association of the device to the right account, or you did not set your new (temporary) watch as the "preferred activity tracker" (in your case "Preferované zařízení pro sledov..."), at the bottom of the device settings of your current FR55

  • Thank you. I have these all. But i connected FR55 four days later. These is probably my problem. Is a way, how to fix it? Is there a way how to record old steps in connect?

Well, you could try syncing with Garmin Express, but I am afraid it will not help. Normally, the daily monitoring data containing the steps, is deleted upon syncing. So if you previously synced without having the watch set as the primary tracker, the data is deleted, and hence lost.

There is a slight chance, there could be a backup of the last three days of the monitoring data in the folder //GARMIN/Debug/MetricsBackup/, but it is possible that this backup is available only on devices participating in the beta program (it is my case). If there are some files in that folder, make a local copy, and try importing them through https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data If there is no data, then you are out of luck.

  • There are no files :( But thank you Hand splayed.
