Garmin sync to runkeeper broken

It seems the sync from Garmin to runkeeper is broken.  Anyone else seeing this or is it just me?

    I'm glad I'm not alone! My last synced run was on Nov. 12, 2022. Since then, it hasn't been syncing. I've gone into each app, connected and reconnected the apps between Garmin and Runkeeper.. logged out of and back into Runkeeper.. no luck.

    I finally got it to work.  What worked for me was to make sure and click the privacy statement  link before saving and connecting to Garmin. I clicked that, let that page load  then connected to Garmin after that.  The thinking was they want to make sure people read it, kind of like having a check box saying do you agree.  It worked.  I'd be curious if that works for you.  Good luck.

    Thanks so much for getting back to me. I was about to try what you suggested when Runkeeper issued an update to their app. That seems to have fixed it. I had to manually export my run data for a few runs from Garmin to Runkeeper though. Glad it was fixed somewhat quickly. Thanks again!
