I think fitness in general needs more badges and monthly challenges. Is there a place to make suggestions that will actually be read by the development team?

There is a suggestion box: https://www.garmin.com/forms/ideas/
Even more monthly challenges? I got my hands full with those that exist now. 12 this month + 3 in stage 4...but it would be fun with a bit more variation.
This is a post I made asking about challenges and the balance. It shows where my issues are.
"I was reviewing the badge challenges looking for something to inspire me. I noticed stuff like this.
So why does one have to pay extra to get a watch with the Marvel logo to gain 4 points a week for doing something so simple? I do 4 strength training every week, I get no extra badge credit.
And these are repeatable. If I were to try for that extra 4 points, I would have to do this much and it is NOT repeatable.
I also noticed there are a lot more challenges for running and cycling then for fitness. These are the only badges dedicated to fitness and health. There could be more. The Venue Sq is a 'Health and Wellness' watch, why is there nothing more to encourage and inspire?
Does no one pay attention to badges and challenges?"
==> My interests are fitness related, which is why I purchased a fitness watch. I am not interested in running, cycling, or walking for steps. We don't have a beach/ocean or a place to complete snow sports.

Because Garmin created those badges as an extra marketing push for their exclusive models. There is no constitutional amendment guaranteeing the same badges to everyone

Why do you think so? There are hundreds of them, and a dozen of new ones each month.

Running, cycling, walking, floors climbing, hiking, pilates, HIIT, yoga, breathwork ... all those are fitness activities (unless you are a pro, then they are your job). So I do not quite understand what exactly you mean by "fitness interests".

Almost every month there is now a new Strength monthly challenge badge, so you can get those.

Does there have to be a guarantee to see more for fitness than for a purchase?
Badges and Challenges are both limited in my area of interest. There are new ones but they are based on the same areas as the old ones.
I think you don't understand because you didn't read my post further than what it took to paste lines. I said that I was not interested in running, cycling or walking for steps. I also presented an example of what badges were available. That is all that is available, the ones I covered in the images. The Venu Sq does not measure climbing steps....or climbing at all. HiTT is not a healthy activity. I do yoga but there is nothing special there. Breath-work is not fitness. The other activities require outdoor space which isn't great if one lives in an area where there is weather.
Your comment does provide insight to how users relate to ideas that are different than there own, however.

Which weather stops you from training outdoors? I live in Sweden and do outdoor training all year around. Rain, cold, snow and ice is not really an issue. Just put on the right clothes and footwear and you are ready to go.
Heat is harder. Over 30 Celsius and it is hard to train outdoors. Seldom that warm in Sweden.
We have extreme temps where summer heat is 90+ (F) and winter gets lower than 0 (F.) I suppose some folks don't mind getting rained on or sliding in the snow/ice but I am not one of those people. Running after dark is not safe anyway.
We have our own exercise equipment and a temperature controlled environment. Sometimes we hike when the weather is good, but there are no trails so it's all raw terrain. I strength train (weight machine and dumbbells,) power yoga (Ashtanga,) I do cardio on treadmill, elliptical, and inside cycling (we have upright and recumbent.) I do ST four times a week. Yoga three times a week. Cardio 3 times a week. I am not a lazy person.
I gave up on walking for step count because the watch refuses to count my steps. (Don't swing my arm enough or something like that.) Miles on the watch don't match miles on the equipment or the track markers (probably the arm thing again.) Those kinds of challenges just end up in frustration.
I would like to see more inspiration for fitness. Badges and challenges help inspire me to do more and keep me going when I feel bored. But I ran out of them. I didn't think it was a lot to ask because the Venu is a Fitness watch so wouldn't Garmin want to encourage fitness as well? Even if they made the ones they have repeatable would be some help.

Why not? During winter it is pretty much dark all the time here. A head torch is really good to have and at least here we got night trails with reflective markers that we can follow.
There are other badges and challenges than just for running, biking and steps.
Each month there are often challenges for yoga, strength, walking, swimming and walking.
There are many normal badges for walking, yoga, pilates and HIIT.
I don't really see why HIIT would be harmful. It is just less rest between each set of cardio/strength exercise. You can do HIIT in different ways. Do it a bit less intense during each set.
But as I said: Variation would be fun. Now we got 400 km of biking and 50 miles of running every single month.

No sidewalk or shoulders. I would be running in the road. The fact that I do not feel safe running in the road in late evening should be good enough of an explanation. I live in a rural community, subdivision. While the area is on the upper side of the economic class and the risk of crime is very low, the roads are only 12 feet wide with no shoulder. Step off the road, you fall into a drainage ditch.
Why do I have to change my program to take advantage of the incentives that badges and challenges offer? I don't do Yoga for the challenges. I do the challenges because I do Ashtanga. There is no swimming or walking in my program. My program is designed to fit my health needs; I am not going to change it for the want of motivation or inspiration. I just want to see more badges that focus on general activities. Kcal burn, hours/minutes of activity, amount of weight moved during STs. There could be repeats on the intensity badge; 300 minutes of intensity in a single day is not an easy goal, especially for those that work 12-hour shifts.
While I feel you are only trying to help, your suggesting that I do other forms of exercise upsets me as it feels like you are dismissing my concerns. Perhaps we should end the conversation before it takes that turn.
Why add challenges and badges so you get them just by following the program you already are and will be following? Shouldn't challenges and badges make you do things that actually challenge you?
I find it odd that the we as humans create communities where people don't feel safe to take a walk or exercise outdoors. Sounds like something in US, but there might be the same in other countries.
