Heart zones vs power zones

I started to see the power zones distribution of my workout. But I don’t understand why there is only few minutes shown in the power zone view. 

the workout duration was appx 35min but time in zones is like 4min only. As you can see most of the run I spent in HR zone 3 so i kept the HR in stable level, but almost 30min of my workout has no power zone. While power was somehow measured see graph below. Is that an app bug or it has logical explanation?
