Sync / Connection Issue

Hey guys

My vivoactive 3 is showing Connected and "Up To Date" via Garmin Express (Windows), whilst also saying "Synced Today @ time"
However, when opening Garmin Connect - the widgets have no data from today with instructions of "how to sync" or "sync your device to see today's [blah blah]".

This seemed to stop syncing on September 30 as i have data via Connect on and prior to the 30th. 

I've tried reinstalling Express (removing from computer, and reinstalling - reconnecting device)...
I've tried a power down and cycle for the device itself. (Mind you, the device is still tracking data over the last week... I can see Step history, for example)

I feel like I'm missing something simple here...
Any help would be great!
