Dentro de la web de Garmin connect, en las actividades no me sale la opcion de ver los segmentos de la actividad, siempre lo habia tenido disponible pero ahora ya no sale.

First of all, no segments are proposed, if you did not cross any. So make sure that your GPS track matched well the track of the segment. Though, in such case the Segments tab should be still visible on the activity page in Garmin Connect Web, although empty.
If you do not see the Segments tab any more, then open the phone app and go to Menu » Training » Segments, tap the triple dot in the right upper corner. If the menu offers Garmin segments, enable them. If it offers Strava segments, it should be al right, but you can try enabling them, and then repeating it and enabling Garmin segment back again.
You can also enable Garmin segments instead of Strava segment, if you add the Segments panel to the Garmin Connect Web Dashboard. It is then available in the panel menu.
