Is there a way to get the body battery dip for an activity?

Something I routinely do is check my body battery drop for an activity.  I believe that if I have a greater drop for a usual activity that it means something useful.  For example I'm a little sick today, and I went for a walk.  This resulted in a 7 point drop.  Last week I went for a hard run and dropped 14 points.  An easy run usually drops it about 10 points.  Anyway... long story longer ... is there an easy way for me to see the pre/post body battery numbers for a given activity?

You can hold the mouse over the start and over the end point for the activity to see the BB values at given times. Zoom the graph by selecting a section, if necessary:

Otherwise, with a Connect IQ app, it would be possible to save the BB change into the activity FIT file, and have it displayed in the activity stats in Garmin Connect. If you do not find such app in the CIQ store, and are interested, let me know.

  • That's what I've been doing manually as a quick check. Works pretty good on the mobile app too.  Would be nice to have that info as an intensity attribute on the activity though.  I should probably take a weekend to look into making CIQ apps.

Yes, if you have some coding experience, it is not too difficult. If you do not succeed, let me know, I could perhaps do it, if time allows.
