It´s impossible to sign in at web site.

HI. It´s impossible to sign in at web site. I have a macBook air and when I go to the site, the clock remains moving. Impossible to start my seesion. I deleted all cookies, restarted the computer and nothing happended , the clock remains moving.an Some advice?. Thanks from Chile.

Try disabling ad-blockers, anti-virus, popup blocker, disable all browser extensions, delete temporary internet files, try another browser, try logging from another computer, using another network, or completely different location,... - that may give you some clues about where the problem originates from.
