Import reps/sets/poses from file

Hi,

Currently I do hour-long Yoga, with poses being short (15s min to 1m max). This results in nearly 90 poses - this would take forever to do during the workout on the watch so I just leave it running as 1 pose.

I have the workout defined in a CSV (column: Name | Duration). Is there anyway I can import this to both previous and future Yoga workouts, because this seems like the quickest way to do it!

  • For the future activities, you can create the workout in Garmin Connect, and then just start it on the watch, each time you want to do it.

    For the past activities, I do not really see any easy way, but also any reason for doing so - entering all the poses will not change any metrics or stats anyway.
