Corrupt FIT file from Garmin Forerunner 35 activity

Hello again, I've been taking the usual precautions, clearing out the ACTIVITIES folder, etc. but my activity from today is corrupted. If anybody can repair this it is greatly appreciated!

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool*

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files on a Forerunner 35

Sync your watch, backup the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder, then do a full master reset of your Forerunner 35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
Perform a weekly cleanup of the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space. The F35 seems to have problems with longer activities, so this step is important before a longer event
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again

* Requires a licensed version of Fit File Repair Tool on a Windows computer with Microsoft Access installed.

This activity was a longer one than most that I do, and though the practice of doing a master reset, cleaning out the ACTIVITY folder periodically generally has reduced the occurrence of corrupted files for me, it hasn't completely eliminated them from happening when I go for longer runs (like 5-6 hrs). My FR35 however is several years old now and heavily used, so perhaps that has something to do with it.
