Hi! this is the very first time this is happening to me.

I've read lots of other similar situations but none of the solutions posted has worked for me. Can anyone please please help me check my activity file and maybe fix it? I've tried to install the Fit File Repair Tool but my computer does not allow it. And the other online tools haven't been helpful.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your watch then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
