I was doing a rather long activity that was interrupted by a spurious incident detection, so I ended up with two parts instead of a single one. I followed formewr posts on how to export the two fit files and merge them with FIT file tools, but now the attempt to upload the resulting file returns an error: "An error ocurred with your upload. Please try again."
I did delete the two parts from garmin connect before trying to import the merged result. Re-uploading the two parts works with the second, smaller part, but almost always fails with the bigger first one with the same error message. But sometimes the upload is succesful even with error message. The reason I did that was so I could export the files as gpx and merge them via http://www.joewein.net/bike/gpxmerge/gpxmerge.htm but that in turn gives me "gpxmerge: Unexpected Content-Type in file upload form data"
Any way on getting more info on the exact natur of the error to upload?
