Is there a way to download all my Garmin activity data?

By scrolling down the page of activities, I can get back to around 2018 but the web page doesn't seem to be able to scroll much further ('Export CSV' downloads only the data a far as you have scrolled). I don't know if this is a web page layout issue or a limitation on downloading data. However, is there another way to download everything?

There is no such limit for Garmin Connect data. You probably used a different account previously. Search all your email addresses and aliases at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search - you may…

Export everything as FIT files at garmin.com -> Profile -> Manage Data -> Export.

Good to do it sometimes to keep local copy.

But it should be visible on the page, you can select category Run or Bike, then choose dates with Advanced search.

Thanks. My issue is that I can only go back to about four years ago but would like to go further. Even setting a date range and limited distance ranges, the furthest back I can go is to 2019 for my running. I think this might be the limit of the data.

I have the same problem,

everything befor 2018 is gone. and I'm sure I haven't changed accounts.

is there a way to recieve previous dates?

If you're sure, i suggest contacting Garmin Support to look into your specific issue. FWIW, I've been uploading my activities to Garmin Connect (previously MotionBased) since 2004 without missing any data.
