Feature request : Create a Course by importing .fit files also.

Please Garmin, Allow creating a Course by importing a .fit file.

The whole point is to be able to import courses with clue_points (some calls course_points) that appear on Up Ahead or as warnings on older watches like mine Fenix 5x. Do not confuse with turns warnings…

Not sure whether it helps you, but you can put the course FIT file directly on your device.

Suggest it to Garmin: Share Ideas | Garmin, It should not be too difficult, so if enough of people asks for it, they may do it once.

Currently you can import as activity, from which you can create a course, through the gear icon. Works also with shared activities of other users.

Unfortunately Garmin strip my course_points off from .tcx files and also do not import .fit files. To be honest I'm afraid when eventually allow for .fit's they will do the same...

I have hundreds of courses with course_points already marked and by no meas I want to redo them all in order to have them on Garmin Connect.
